Our VISION: To ensure Abraham Lincoln’s life and times, leadership, and his enduring values of unity, freedom, and integrity will continue to educate and enlighten current and future generations.

Your tax-deductible gift helps the Friends of the Lincoln Collection of Indiana, a 501(c)(3) organization, in its MISSION to support the Indiana State Museum & Historic Sites and the Allen County Public Library of Fort Wayne in preserving, exhibiting, and promoting the incomparable and uniquely accessible Lincoln Financial Foundation Collection.

 

Your Support

Allows us to continue and to enrich our ongoing activities:

  • Publishing Lincoln Lore, a quarterly periodical founded in 1929
  • Funding ongoing preservation and curation of the Lincoln Financial Foundation Collection
  • Supporting and promoting public programs at both the Allen County Public Library and the Indiana State Museum
  • Funding the interactive technology, research staff, and educational outreach program of the publicly accessible Rolland Center for Lincoln Research at ACPL
  • Engaging scholars, our membership, and the public at our signature annual lecture series: the Rolland Lecture and the McMurtry Lecture

Should you wish to become a member, a one-year membership starts at just $50. With membership, you’ll receive:

  • Four issues per year of Lincoln Lore
  • A 25% discount on all books published by Southern Illinois University Press, including the Concise Lincoln Library
  • Advance notice of Lincoln-related public programs (both in-person and virtual) at the Rolland Center for Lincoln Research and the Indiana State Museum & Historic Sites
  • An invitation to our signature twice-per-year lecture series (in-person or virtual)
